A 33-court municipal pickleball complex run by the City of St. George, and one of the largest public facilities in the region. It started with 12 courts in 2012, expanded to 24 in 2015, and added eight courts plus a dedicated championship court with permanent bleachers in the 2024 expansion built for televised pro matches. The Professional Pickleball Registry named it Public Facility of the Year in 2020. It draws serious tournament traffic: the city runs several events a year, the Pro Tour of Pickleball holds a major tournament here each April, and the amateur Fall Brawl pulls more than 1,000 players. Reviewers call it beautiful and praise the turf and shade.
Thirty-three outdoor courts at 2149 Horseman Park Drive, with lights for evening play, shade structures, restrooms, benches, picnic tables, and parking. When courts are vacant during non-program hours the public uses them free of charge. Reservations are available through the city booking system at reservations.sgcity.org, or by calling Parks at 435-627-4530. The complex hosts leagues, clinics, learn-to-play classes, and tournaments throughout the year, so open-court availability tightens around scheduled events. Reviewers report plenty of open courts even on holiday weekends. Higher-level players note open-play options for advanced skill levels are limited.
