Riverview Park is a north Provo neighborhood park tucked back near the Provo River with 4 newer pickleball courts, 2 newer tennis courts, two large playgrounds (one updated in 2023), two pavilions with bathrooms, a half-mile walking path, a small hill for sledding, and access to the Provo river for wading. Per a 2023 update post, the park received new asphalt on walking paths plus the new tennis and pickleball courts. The disc golf course that used to be here was removed (baskets gone as of 2024).
Practical notes
Park hours are 7 AM to 11 PM daily. 4 pickleball courts plus 2 tennis courts; reviewers report the pickleball courts are often full and hard to get on at peak times. The grass can stay marshy and wet due to the park's drainage and the adjacent water project. Disc golf is no longer available here. Bathrooms close for winter. The park is somewhat tucked into a neighborhood, which keeps it quieter than open arterial-road parks but the recent crowd growth and off-leash dogs are reviewer complaints.
