A private racquet and fitness club in Murray that added a serious pickleball program to its long-running tennis and swim operation. The club celebrated 50 years in 2026 and built a dome to house indoor play, so this is membership turf rather than a public drop-in court. Pickleball runs 14 courts: 12 indoor under 35 to 40 foot ceilings with indirect lighting from November through April, plus two outdoor stadium courts that stay open year-round. There is a pickleball director, junior programs, and a tournament series. The same buildout that pleased paddle players has frustrated some tennis members competing for court time.
Fourteen total courts. Twelve play indoors in the dome from November through April under 35 to 40 foot ceilings; courts 13 and 14 are outdoor stadium courts open year-round with lights in the May through October season. Access requires membership: a 50th-anniversary pickleball and fitness rate ran $0 to start and $50 per month, with combined tennis-and-pickleball tiers higher. Court fees are $2 per person per hour in winter and free in summer. Members book 7 days out, and reviews report that window fills fast. Hours run 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. weekdays.
What locals say
“Recently, since the installation of the pickleball courts, there are ZERO courts to play on, unless you want to start at 7:00 a.m. during the week, or after 9:00 p.m. during the week.”
