Eight outdoor pickleball courts anchor the sports side of this large Farmington park at 178 S 650 W, sitting alongside a baseball-themed playground, ball fields, soccer fields, basketball, and walking paths. The courts are concrete, fenced, and lit for evening play, so games run well past sunset. Reviewers consistently single out the courts by name, and the count holds up: one regular logged "8 pickleball courts with good night lighting." The Farmington Gymnasium sits across the parking lot and runs the pickleball programming, so the outdoor courts double as both casual drop-in space and the home of the city's organized play.
Eight lighted concrete courts, free for public open play and busy on weekdays per reviewers. Parking is plentiful on the gymnasium side. The Farmington Gymnasium across the lot loans paddles and balls (free with collateral) and runs the city's pickleball leagues, clinics, mixers, and round robins for 2.5 through 4.0 players. Two of the eight outdoor courts can also be reserved through the gym at $12 for a two-hour block, 24 hours ahead and up to two weeks out; call 801-939-9229. The gym opens at 5:45 am.
