North Cottonwood Commons opened in May 2026 as Farmington's newest park, and the pickleball courts sit inside a much larger destination. The headline draws are the tall playground slides, a ninja-style challenge course, a splash pad, and 150,000 square feet of lawn, so the courts share space with families, a basketball court, nine square, and cornhole. Reviewers consistently list pickleball among the activities here, but this reads as a community park with courts rather than a dedicated paddle venue. Expect company. The lot fills fast on weekends and holidays, and the park has stayed busy since it opened.
The park is at 550 Innovator Drive, Farmington, off the playground and splash-pad core. Pickleball courts share the recreation area with a basketball court, nine square, and cornhole. There is a covered pavilion with tables, restrooms, and a parking lot, though several reviewers note the restrooms were locked during the first months and the lot lacks painted lines. Parking fills quickly on weekends and holidays, with street parking also full at peak times. No fees or posted drop-in schedule were found in city or press sources.
