Pickleball here runs indoors, on the gym basketball floor of a Salt Lake County rec center on Redwood Road. Three courts are striped with permanent lines, and the front desk lends out a cart of portable nets once you ask for the key. This is a county fitness and aquatic facility first, so the building also holds two full-size basketball courts, an indoor track, a turf field, weight and cardio areas, and a leisure pool with a lazy river. Drop-in play shares the gym with a busy program calendar, which means morning blocks are the reliable window. Good fit for players who want a climate-controlled court and a day pass rather than a dedicated club.
