Discovery Park is a large NASA/space-themed Pleasant Grove park with pickleball and tennis courts, multiple playgrounds for different age groups (separate fenced area for ages 2-5), climbing walls, tire swings, baseball diamonds, pavilions, and a paved walking loop. Pickleball courts were added as part of a 2022 refurbishment per one reviewer. The park is consistently listed among locals' top picks in northern Utah County, and the play surfaces use rubber mats instead of wood chips or sand.
Practical notes
Park hours are 5 AM to 10 PM weekdays and Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM Saturday. Parking is ample. Restrooms are clean and graffiti-free. The pickleball courts are interchangeable with tennis lines, so expect to share or schedule around. The playground area is unshaded so summer afternoons get hot; bring water. Pavilions can be reserved through Pleasant Grove City. The park is located near 1500 N 100 E in Pleasant Grove.
