A block of outdoor pickleball courts inside Hurricane's downtown city park at 37 S 200 W, set among a splash pad, cornhole, restrooms and grass. Reviewers count six courts, fenced and fitted with timer lights for evening play, which makes this the public pickleball hub for the Hurricane side of the Greater Zion area. The trade-off is surface wear: more than one player notes large cracks in the playing surface that add an element of chance to the bounce. None of them treat it as a dealbreaker, and the lit courts plus the surrounding park amenities keep it busy with both locals and travelers passing through on the way to St. George or Las Vegas.
Six outdoor courts per recent reviews, fenced, with timer-controlled lights for night play and good nets. Free public access in a city park; no reservation system is referenced in reviews, so play is first-come drop-in. Listed hours run 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Expect company on weekends and evenings; one reviewer arrived on a Sunday evening after rain and still had courts open. Parking and restrooms are on site, along with a splash pad and cornhole. Note the surface cracks when planning a competitive game.
