Constitution Park is a large West Jordan city park where pickleball shares the grounds with softball diamonds, tennis courts, open fields, two pavilions, and a playground at 3200 W 7000 S. The pickleball courts sit on the busy end of the park and fill up early, drawing a regular morning crowd. Players describe a no-frills outdoor setup that the city added a few years back: real courts that get used hard, with a few rough edges like minimal dividers between courts and trees that drop needles and leaves onto the surface. Weekends run packed with youth sports across the fields, so the courts feel liveliest before the crowds arrive.
Eight outdoor pickleball courts, free and open to the public, no reservations, first-come drop-in play. Mornings are the prime window, and reviewers note the courts have no lights, so play ends at dusk. Tennis courts and two softball fields share the park. Parking is the recurring complaint: lots fill during youth games, and players lean on street parking on the west side or the church lot across the street. Sprinklers have caught morning players mid-game, and the courts drain slowly after rain. A ninja warrior course is under construction through summer 2026, so expect some temporary closures.
What locals say
“Great park. It is normally packed on the weekends. There are no lights at night. But other than that, we love it. 2 softball fields, 2 tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, and a playground.”
“The sprinklers come on somtimes in the middle of morning pickleball games and the pine cones/needles are a nuisance on the courts. They are nice courts besides this. Too bad they don't dry faster after rain.”
“I thank the city for making pickleball courts but no dividers between courts allows constant interruption from other players, it'd be awesome if they divided each court and trimmed the trees too, it's always leafy there.”
“the pickleball courts are very popular in the mornings”
