The Marshall N. White Community Center reopened in May 2025 as a 68,000-square-foot Ogden City recreation hub, and pickleball runs on both sides of the building. Outside there are basketball and pickleball courts in the park; inside, the gym floor hosts the city's adult indoor pickleball program. The center also holds a swimming pool, an elevated track, a gym, an indoor soccer field, locker rooms, and classrooms. Reviewers call it spacious and clean, and the facility carries community weight as the only Utah site named for a Black person, longtime police officer Marshall White. Play here is folded into a full rec center rather than a standalone court complex.
Indoor pickleball is the organized option. Ogden City runs morning sessions roughly 9:00 to 11:30 am on weekdays, sorted by skill level (Mondays and Wednesdays 3.0-3.5, Tuesdays 3.5+, Thursdays 2.5-3.0, Friday clinics), at $30 for residents and $40 for non-residents per the city program page. Outdoor basketball and pickleball courts sit in the adjacent park. Court use is tied to facility admission ($10 adult, $7 senior, $6 youth daily). Reviewers note parking fills up on busy days, so arrive early. Address is 222 28th St, Ogden.
