Holbrook Farms is a brand-new Lehi neighborhood park (opened 2024) on Drexler Drive with multiple pickleball courts, a destination-grade playground with climbing features and ziplines, a tiny-tot area, built-in lawn games, a large central hill with valley views, a paved loop trail, a pavilion with adjacent food-truck space, and big open green areas. Reviewers consistently call the pickleball amenity plentiful, which is unusual for a neighborhood park. The hill is popular for kite flying and sunset views, and locals plan to use it for sledding once the first big storm hits.
Practical notes
Park hours are 6 AM to 10 PM daily. The playground uses wood-chip surfacing and has metal slides, both of which heat up in summer; bring shoes and water. Shade is sparse since the park is new and trees are not mature. Restrooms exist but the park was still being finished out in some reviews. A significant portion of the open field sits directly under high-voltage power lines, which limits aerial play. No splash pad on site, which surprised several reviewers given the park's size. Parking lot is adequate.
What locals say
"The pickleball courts are plentiful, which is a big plus, and the pavilion is a nice size for gatherings or activities. My personal favorite part is the large hill in the middle. It offers great views of Utah County, especially Lehi and the surrounding mountain range."
"There is a zip line, sitting zip line, swings, jungle gym, smaller slides, spinning things, a walking trail, pickle ball courts, lots of grassy area. There is a pavilion there and there will be bathrooms too."
"The rest of the park also has pickleball courts, built-in lawn games, great green space, pavilion & food truck area, sledding hill, and paths all around the park."
