Steed Park Pickleball Courts
Pan + zoom to spot the courts, they’re often tucked off to one side of the park.
Steed Park is the center of pickleball in Clearfield, with 16 dedicated outdoor courts that the city finished in June 2020. The blue-and-grey post-tension courts come with permanent lines and nets, so this is a paddle-first destination rather than shared tennis lines. The city splits the bank in half: eight courts run as first-come open play, and the other eight can be reserved through the parks department. Clearfield leans into the sport here, running monthly leagues and three tournaments a year, and the Google rating sits at 4.8 across 94 reviews. The scale and the dedicated layout make it a regular stop for Davis County players.
Sixteen dedicated outdoor hard courts at 300 N 1000 W, all lighted for evening play and open 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday. Play is free. Eight courts are first-come open play; the other eight can be reserved by the hour through the Clearfield parks department at (801) 525-2790. The courts have water on site. Expect competition for open courts during league nights and the three annual tournaments. Parking is available at the park.
